Leadership in Sustainable Events
Sustain Ability Showcase Asia (SASA) is a leader in the design, creation and management of sustainable events, working with venues and event planners to set new standards in event sustainability.
Working with a range of public and private sector partners, SASA helped i Light Marina Bay 2012 become Asia’s first and only light art festival. The event set a new benchmark for Sustainable Events in Singapore by:
- making a positive contribution to the environment and the community, through energy saving measures and effective use of all resources,
- using the festival as a means to educate and inform all stakeholders and the general public,
- demonstrating that it is possible to manage a major event designed for enjoyment and entertainment in a sustainable fashion.
